Flagstar Rehab is hiring Physical Therapists to work in Skilled Nursing Facilities around NYC and surrounding areas. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise PTAs to ensure high-quality care.

This role offers options for Direct Employment with our agency or Independent Contractor status. Pay ranges from $46–$60 per hour depending on employment type, with weekly pay and benefits like paid sick leave.

Formación

• NY State license required for Physical Therapist practice.
• CPR certification required.
• EMR software competence required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise PTAs daily.
• Deliver therapy in SNF setting for diverse diagnoses.
• Monitor and document patient progress using EMR.
