Job summary

Drayer Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Technician to join our team in Salem, Ohio. This unlicensed role works under the supervision of a licensed therapist, supporting treatment areas, equipment preparation, and patient intake.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and strong customer service, communication, and computer skills to document patient responses and coordinate scheduling in a service-based clinic.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency with computers and learning new software programs is required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
• Assisting and/or observing patients perform prescribed therapy exercises and documenting responses.
• Performing basic prescribed treatments such as applying ice packs and heat pads as instructed.
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas, and changing/ Laundering linens.
• Performing administrative tasks, including patient intake, answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
