You will help implement treatment plans, supervise Rehab Technicians when applicable, and manage patient cases with a focus on quality and compliance.

The role emphasizes ongoing professional development, adherence to state practice acts, and maintaining licensing while contributing to a robust therapy program across partner facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an APTA-accredited PT program.
• Valid PTA state license.

Responsibilities

• Support patients under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Contribute to development and sustainability of the PT program.
• Advance clinical, professional, and leadership skills through collaboration and continuing education.
• Maintain current state license and stay informed on PT and healthcare developments.
• Follow billing practices and treatment delivery models meeting standards.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly in English and document appropriately.
