Bernstein Management Corporation (BMC) is seeking an experienced Property Manager for The Lenox Club in Arlington. You will oversee all aspects of apartment operations for approximately 386 units, lead a results-driven team, and help achieve budgeted financial targets while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

You will recruit and mentor staff, coordinate leasing activities, and partner with the Revenue Management team to optimize rents and occupancy.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of property management experience
• At least 1 year managing a team
• Highschool diploma
• Yardi experience (property management accounting software)

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of apartment building operations for The Lenox Club in Arlington.
• Lead and coach a team to deliver service excellence and drive results.
• Promote BMC core values and manage costs to maximize NOI.
• Review monthly financials and ensure budget adherence.
• Develop relationships with the real estate community to support marketing goals.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor activities for property operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support senior management with building-related issue resolution.
