The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking a Project Analyst to support the Reactor Servicing portfolio. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and analyzing budgets and integrated master schedules while supporting PMs and leadership with planning, procurement, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience, or
• Master's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain budget and resource profiles for the RS Portfolio Work Breakdown Structure Dictionary.
• Develop and maintain project integrated master schedules for hardware or process development.
• Directly support PMs and line management on a variety of challenges.
• Provide project financial analysis and support, planning and scheduling, and manage budget resources and procurement project plans.
• Measure budget performance and coordinate and integrate project team efforts.
