Job summary

VistaPrint in Reno, NV is seeking Production Operators to join our world-class manufacturing team, focusing on processing and packing customer orders with accuracy and speed.

The shift runs 6:00am–4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. Starting hourly rate is $22.08 for the first 90 days, rising to $22.58 thereafter. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior lean/manufacturing experience are preferred to help maintain quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing experience in a production environment.
• Team player who is reliable and eager to learn, with ability to rotate through operations.
• Basic counting and mathematical skills to pick quantities.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changing work demands.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to follow step-by-step procedures with technology.

Responsibilities

• Process, pack, and sort customer orders.
• Post-process orders with banding, shrink-wrap, scanning, and packing.
• Bin packaged orders into correct bins for shipping.
• Pack items with proper boxing, labeling, and preparation for logistics.
• Deliver and replenish orders and materials across production (WIP).
• Move pallets with manual pallet jacks as needed.
• Use scan guns to sort and complete orders.
• Maintain 5S standards and perform regular equipment checks.
• Perform quality checks to minimize defects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Adhere to performance and accuracy targets and SOPs.
• Other duties as assigned
