Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Tennessee licensure.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based PT interventions for orthopedic, neurologic, post-surgical, medical, and functional impairments.
• Treat patients across acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy settings as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other therapists to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home programs, and recovery strategies.
