Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain classroom rules and routines to promote positive behavior and classroom order.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet individual learning styles and developmental needs.
• Provide hands-on learning opportunities through creative play, exploration, and structured activities.
• Supervise children at all times to ensure safety and well-being.
• Serve meals and snacks in accordance with licensing guidelines.
