Job summary

Bell & Evans is seeking dependable Production Associates to join our team in Fredericksburg, PA. This position involves processing and handling poultry products, including live chickens, with responsibilities such as cutting, deboning, packing, weighing, and inspecting for quality.

Essential duties include working safely in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and being able to work in different departments as needed. Training may be provided to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Training may be provided to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of poultry processing duties in accordance with safety, quality, and production standards.
• Handle and inspect poultry products to meet quality requirements.
• Cut, debone, pack, weigh, move, and process poultry products.
• Work with live poultry and/or raw poultry products as assigned.
• Maintain required production speeds while following safety procedures.
