Bethany Athletic Club in Portland, OR is seeking a part-time Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor who brings energy, professionalism, and a passion for member wellbeing. The role requires weekday and weekend availability with evening shifts and a commission-based pay structure (40%-50% DOE).

You will teach, motivate and support members while promoting club services. Qualifications include a recognized Pilates Reformer certification, additional fitness certs preferred, CPR/First Aid/AED, and

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized Pilates Reformer Certification required (e.g. Stott, Fusion, Balanced Body).
• Certifications in personal training or fitness management preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications must be up to date.
• Two+ years of Pilates experience and customer-facing fitness work preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead Pilates reformer sessions with an energetic, positive teaching style.
• Provide personal training experiences and promote member engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workout environment.
• Assist in revenue-building activities including retail and memberships.
• Be flexible with schedules; cover shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.
