Job summary

Exos is seeking a dynamic Pilates Reformer Instructor for a part-time role in New York, NY. You will lead engaging group classes, create effective workouts, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for participants of all levels.

Requirements include 1+ year of group-experience, current nationally accredited group-exercise certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA), CPR/AED certification, and First Aid preferred. Instructors for licensed formats must be trained to teach those formats.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required.
• CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification preferred.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must be trained to teach those formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and results-driven group exercise classes in a safe, enjoyable environment.
• Develop and deliver exercise routines for various fitness levels and abilities.
• Provide personalized modifications to participants as needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that helps members reach their goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in group exercise.
