The ideal candidate holds a recognized Pilates Reformer certification and CPR/AED certification, with strong communication and a reliable, team-oriented approach to teaching.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor with current CPR/AED certification.
• Experience teaching Pilates Reformer classes to diverse fitness levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, reliable and professional.
• Able to motivate members and deliver engaging, safe classes.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, high-energy environment for all members.
• Lead safe, effective, and engaging Pilates Reformer classes for varying fitness levels.
• Motivate, inspire, and provide individualized instruction while maintaining form and technique.
• Deliver a positive experience in every class and start/end on time.
• Offer modifications and progressions for all abilities.
• Ensure equipment is used safely and maintained clean and organized.
• Maintain communication with the Group Fitness Manager regarding feedback and scheduling.
