BODYBAR Pilates seeks an energetic instructor to lead dynamic BODYBAR sessions in Oak Park, IL, with growth opportunities as the brand expands to Elmhurst. You will guide classes with energy, focus on form, and motivate clients to improve strength and confidence.

The role requires completing BODYBAR’s Instructor Training and maintaining CPR & AED certification; experience in Pilates or group fitness is preferred. Flexible scheduling supports work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and fitness and helping others feel strong.
• Excellent communication and people skills to coach clients.
• Completion of BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program is required.
• CPR & AED certification is required for all instructors.

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic, form-focused BODYBAR Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method.
• Deliver safe, inclusive sessions for all fitness levels.
• Provide clear cues and modifications to members during classes.
• Answer questions on policies, promotions, and class options.
• Own your schedule and coordinate subs to maintain member experience.
• Foster a welcoming community before, during, and after class.
