Job summary

JETSET Pilates instructors motivate clients through 50‑minute, choreographed classes and guide them safely through our modern Pilates workout. They provide modifications and form corrections as needed to accommodate varying skill levels while fostering a welcoming community and energetic studio culture.

Instructors are expected to participate in occasional additional duties and to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as necessary, maintaining high energy with music and a fast pace.

Qualifications

• Embodies a friendly, outgoing, and passionate personality with a love for health, fitness, and the JETSET Pilates workout.
• Fosters a sense of community in the studio.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Has previous fitness instructor experience.
• Builds relationships inside and outside the JETSET Pilates community.
• Reliable and professional team player with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable leading a fast-paced class with music and high energy.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Motivate clients through 50-minute, choreographed classes and guide them safely through movements.
• Provide modifications and form corrections as needed to all skill levels.
• Show enthusiasm and embody the studio culture to support a welcoming community. Instructors may take on other duties and work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
