Job summary

Club Pilates Norterra is seeking an enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to lead safe, effective group and private sessions in a supportive studio environment. You will teach intro classes and apparatus-based group classes, while ensuring equipment safety and client satisfaction.

The role requires a 450-hour Pilates education, CPR/First Aid, and comfort with learning ClubReady software; you’ll collaborate with management, attend workshops, and help grow the studio through excellent customer service

Qualifications

• 450-hour comprehensive Pilates education (Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard).
• CPR & First Aid certification and ongoing maintenance.
• Ability to learn ClubReady software and document sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Pilates instruction (intro classes, group apparatus classes, private and semi-private) as scheduled by management.
• Ensure safe use of equipment (Chair, Reformer, Springboard, TRX, etc.).
• Maintain studio tidiness and assist with check-in and client experience.
