Job summary

The Midlothian Family YMCA is seeking part-time, enthusiastic group exercise instructors to lead Pilates group classes. Pay ranges from $20-$23 per hour; Advance instructors earn $27-$31 per hour based on qualifications and certifications.

Instructors should be able to work mornings, nights, and weekends to meet member needs. Must hold current, nationally recognized group exercise certification along with CPR, AED and First Aid.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, nationally recognized group exercise certification.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications are required.
• Prior Pilates group class experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates-based group exercise classes with high energy and safety.
• Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Engage and motivate members during sessions.
