Job summary

Next Level Urgent Care, LLC seeks a qualified Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and episodic care in a fast-paced urgent care setting in Texas. You will collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality care and manage patient flow through efficient assessment and treatment.

The ideal candidate is board-certified as an NP, holds an active state license, and possesses DEA registration. Experience in emergency/urgent care or ambulatory clinics and a current BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with clinical experience.
• Board certified as a nurse practitioner with current state licensure.
• DEA licensure without restrictions.
• Experience in emergency/urgent care or ambulatory clinic settings.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and episodic care to patients independently and with the care team.
• Follow protocols set by physicians and leadership.
• Perform comprehensive physical exams and assessments (urgent and non-urgent).
• Order and perform tests and procedures as needed.
• Document differential diagnoses and plan of care.
• Collaborate with supervising physician for diagnostics and therapy.
• Interpret lab, radiology, and EKG results with physician oversight.
• Prescribe medications and educate patients on usage.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
• Maintain professional relationships and accurate data reporting.
