Responsibilities

• Provides treatment under supervising therapist’s plan and guidance.
• Records daily treatment notes and updates progress.
• Assists in training rehab aides and staff.
• Communicates patient progress and plans to supervisors.
• Maintains patient records and discharge summaries timely.
• Instructs and motivates patients through therapeutic exercise.
• Maintains equipment and ensures safety during treatments.
• Contributes to program development and quality improvement.
