Job summary

Rochelle Community Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and implement treatment plans for patients with diverse physical disabilities. You will administer physical therapy modalities under physician orders and in line with hospital standards, reporting to the Manager of Physical Therapy.

The role requires a B.S. degree and Physical Therapy certificate, IL licensure, and active involvement or eligibility for APTA membership.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree and certificate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Illinois.
• Member or eligible for membership, in the American Physical Therapy Association.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan and implement treatment for a variety of physical disabilities as prescribed by the referring physician.
• Administer and direct the administration of physical therapy modalities.
• Report to the Manager of Physical Therapy and maintain compliance with hospital and state standards.

Education

B.S. degree and certificate in Physical Therapy

Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Illinois

Member or eligible for membership, in the American Physical Therapy Association
