Responsibilities

• Designs and implements treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Documents assessments and interventions accurately and timely.
• Educates patients and family members.
• Evaluates patients muscle strength, ROM, endurance, balance, and overall function level.
• Participates in multi-disciplinary meetings and case reviews.
• Supervises PT and PTA students as needed.
• Supervises PTA and Aides as needed.
