Job summary

Bluevalleyhrc seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions, improving function and relieving pain under physician orders.

You will review referrals, develop treatment plans, document progress, and adjust therapies as needed. A state PT license and appropriate PT degree are required; clinical experience is preferred. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the applicable state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or advanced degree (MS/PhD) required.
• One year of clinical PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and patient records to determine appropriate PT treatments.
• Evaluate and administer prescribed PT treatments to improve function and relieve pain.
• Test muscle strength, range of motion, motor development and coordination.
• Maintain patient records and document progress.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient response.
• Conduct home assessments when needed.
• Ensure timely completion of forms in compliance with regulations.
