This role requires CAPTE-accredited PT education, current state licensure, CPR, and strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and stay active through shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure to practice physical therapy.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
