Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in Oakland, CA. You will evaluate patients, develop evidence-based treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, and advocate for patient well-being to achieve optimal outcomes for diverse populations.

You will maintain thorough documentation of goals and progress, collaborate with physicians and staff, ensure compliance with state Practice Acts, OSHA, and Medicare regulations, and lead quality

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and remain active (standing/walking) throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
