The role requires CAPTE-accredited education, state licensure, CPR certification, and strong communication, problem-solving and time-management skills. You will lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and treat them as medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
