Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of PT experience required.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• May require working at multiple locations; valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR on onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer medically prescribed PT treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
• Perform evaluations/re-eval and establish plan of care.
• Consult with physicians and other departments about rehabilitation impact.
• Document findings, treatments, and progress for medical records.
• Educate patients and families on care and exercises.
• Stay up to date on protocols and participate in professional development.
