Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services in an occupational medicine center. You will evaluate and treat patients with muscle, skeletal, and neurological issues while coordinating with medical staff to ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes documentation, adherence to policies, and patient education on exercises and assistive devices to facilitate recovery and maximum physical potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters’ degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient care in accordance with policy and standards.
• Perform evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Coordinate treatment with multidisciplinary teams and physicians.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance policies and regulations.
• Educate patients on exercises and use of supports for recovery.
