Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks a licensed physical therapist to join our interdisciplinary team in Templeton, CA. You will plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore physical, social and mental functions and will co-lead in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT (or foreign equivalent) and a state license, with CPR/BLS certification, and has at least two years of PT experience; licensure is required and previous supervision

Qualifications

• DPT required or foreign equivalent if licensure obtained after Jan 2016
• Two years of PT experience preferred
• State licensure in practicing state required
• CPR/BLS certification required (AH policy)

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention.
• Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools and establishes individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques.
• Establishes individualized care and discharge plans and ensures plans are communicated to appropriate parties.
• Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
