You will supervise PT assistants, document treatment plans, and participate in community education and quality initiatives while maintaining productivity and adapting to departmental needs.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows, and EMR systems.
• Ability to read, write, and speak conversational English effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, and electronic formats with patients, staff, physicians, nurses, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clinical knowledge and participates in performance improvement activities.
• Establishes and implements individualized treatment plans with goals and frequency.
• Documents accurately and timely using measurable terminology.
• Oversees care provided by PT assistants and rehabilitation aides.
• Maintains productivity standards and adapts hours to patient needs.
