Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for our Overlea at Autumn Lake facility in Baltimore, MD. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to help residents restore mobility and improve physical function in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide treatments focused on strength, balance, gait training, endurance, and pain management.
• Work closely with PTA staff and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care.
