Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Administers direct patient care per prescription from a physician.
• Uses evaluation techniques with efficiency and thoroughness.
• Designs a treatment program to meet goals.
• Makes observations of patient tolerance/status and adjusts as needed.
• Follows department emergency procedures for patient safety.
• Submits documentation per department policies.
• Participates in quality improvement chart reviews and inter-disciplinary meetings.
• Attends family meetings and collaborates with staff for patient welfare.
