Innovative Healthcare Centers is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our Dover, DE clinic. The role focuses on evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based physical therapy interventions on-site.

You will document progress, educate patients on home exercises and injury prevention, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety, quality, and patient satisfaction in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Competenze

• Current license (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in the state of Delaware.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated skills in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.
• Experience with orthopedic, neurological, and concussion-related conditions in outpatient settings is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills in a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and EMR systems, with adherence to ethics and standards.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR certification and commitment to ongoing professional development.
