Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program preferred.
• Valid and current NJ state license to practice Physical Therapy required.
• BLS-AHA certification or equivalent CPR training.
• Proven work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Knowledgeable in current treatment practices and evidence-based care.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to treat patients of various demographics and ages.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and one Saturday per month.

Responsibilities

• Treat outpatient and inpatient patients within orthopedic scope.
• Diagnose patients and develop customized treatment plans.
• Manage caseload and document with WEBPT thoroughly.
• Supervise PT trainers and assist in therapy instruction.
• Provide education and prescribe therapeutic exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on discharge planning.
