Zaddy Solutions is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in Los Gatos, CA. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include clinical care, documentation, and leadership, while adhering to state laws, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations. This role requires CAPTE-accredited education, active licensure, CPR, and strong problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clinical care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
