Therapy Partners of North Texas is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Trophy Club, TX team. You will provide high-quality PT services, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, designing and implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating patients and families. A strong focus on compliance, documentation, and teamwork will drive success in this role.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of PT techniques and modalities.
• Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Experience developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Strong documentation and EMR skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with diverse patient populations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
