Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time position at an outpatient clinic. You’ll apply your expertise to help patients improve movement, manage pain, and prevent mobility loss.

Relocation candidates are welcomed, and the role offers sign-on and guaranteed bonuses for the first six months, plus profit sharing, employee ownership benefits, and productivity bonuses. Expect 11–15 visits per day with PT Aid support and flexible scheduling (5x8 or 4x10).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Must have credentials evaluated by one of FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF or IEC.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with a state license in good standing with the State License Board.
• Must pass required NPTE competency exam.
• Current hands-on CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients at an outpatient clinic.
• Manage a patient caseload with 11–15 visits per day (40 minutes each) with PT Aid support.
• Utilize flexible scheduling options (5x8 or 4x10) to meet patient needs.
• Contribute to patient movement, pain management, and mobility preservation.

Education

PT degree (Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral) in Physical Therapy

State license in good standing with the State License Board

NPTE competency exam

CPR certification (American Heart Association)

Credential evaluation by FCCPT/ICD/ICA/IERF/IEC
