Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited PT program required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience preferred.
• Proven ability to document and maintain patient records.
• Knowledge of safety, HIPAA and PHI regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative PT services and evaluate patients.
• Document care and coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
• Plan and implement PT treatment programs for recovery.
• Educate patients on exercises and use of supports.
• Maintain compliance with QA policies and regulations.
