West Tennessee Healthcare in Martin, TN seeks a Staff Physical Therapist to provide quality physical therapy services, including evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning. Under supervision of the program manager and mentor, you will handle a variety of diagnoses and participate in education for patients and staff.

You must hold a TN Physical Therapist License and complete BLS during probation. Expect call back and overtime as required by the hospital, with a focus on high-quality patient

• Develop and reevaluate goals and treatment plans with patient progress.
• Document records accurately and timely to reflect progress.
• Contribute to training and education of team members.
• Participate in departmental and corporate forms and processes.
• Maintain appropriate productivity across cost centers.
