Candidates must have a high school diploma, five years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections, and customer service experience is preferred. Qualifications

• Five years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Minimum 3 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Effective communication in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Cover phlebotomist duties at Patient Service Centers or doctor's offices.
• Draw and prepare blood samples for lab testing.
• Coach and mentor new employees.
• Travel to various sites as needed.
