The candidate will support the Master Formulation Book updates, stock management, and daily documentation while ensuring safety and compliance with respiratory fit testing requirements.

Qualifications

• RPHT-TX license or eligibility required to practice as a pharmacy technician.
• CPHT certification preferred.
• 2 years pharmacy technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes prescriptions/medication orders and prepares medications.
• Ensures proper distribution/delivery of pharmaceutical shipments.
• Maintains timely doses within established departmental time-frame standards.
• Completes daily and monthly checklists, including expired drug checks and stock orders.
• Checks communications via e-mail and mailbox each shift.
• Files medication orders and stop orders, documents accordingly.
• Maintains stock levels with Materials and Logistics.
• Updates Master Formulation Book and supports formulation changes.
• Performs weekly inspections of pharmacy areas and drug accountability logs.
