Job summary

Anytime Fitness in Farmington, AR is seeking qualified personal trainers who can deliver a fantastic workout experience to our clients. As an AF Personal Trainer, you will create and conduct safe and effective exercises for a wide variety of participants, helping people make sustainable lifestyle changes.

The role offers an hourly base rate with commissions based on client roster and package sales, with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of physiology, exercise technique and body mechanics.
• Must acquire a fitness/PT certification within 90 days from AF-approved providers such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized and motivate clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 4+ members.
• Program and implement individualized workouts for members.
• Energize and motivate members throughout sessions.
• Build attendance and retain current members.
• Ensure safety of participants regarding heart rate and technique.
• Attend staff meetings and educational presentations.
• Handle member concerns and contribute to retention efforts.
• Provide exceptional member service and support.
