Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active license in the applicable jurisdiction and in good standing.
1–5 years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, settlement demands, and legal memoranda.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Conduct client consultations and maintain consistent communication throughout the life of each case.
Coordinate with medical providers, expert witnesses, investigators, and other professionals.
Develop litigation strategies and case evaluations.
Ensure compliance with all court deadlines and procedural requirements.
