Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related licensure required.
• NC Department of Public Instruction licensure eligibility or equivalent.
• Teaching experience or student-teaching in K-2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage instructional time to ensure smooth transitions between activities.
• Establish and enforce classroom rules and routines to support student learning.
• Deliver engaging physical education lessons aligned with curriculum goals.
• Monitor student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Supervise teacher assistants as needed.
• Coordinate instruction across Southwest Primary and Longview Elementary.
