Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education required.
• Florida DOE Certification in Physical Education preferred.
• Catechetical certification within 3 years of hire.
• Two years of related experience; Athletic Director experience preferred.
• Ability to teach all levels of physical education.
• Strong instructional strategies.
• Proficient with MS Office & iPad apps.
• Excellent oral and written English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PE curriculum for grades 6–8, aligned with state standards and school mission.
• Demonstrate knowledge of league regulations and implement consistently.
• Attend coaches’ meetings as required.
• Maintain discipline and raise morale within the school sports program.
