Five Below in Michigan is seeking part-time Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, handle checkout, and keep merchandise organized.

The role requires a minimum age of 16, a flexible schedule, and comfort with technology. You will work on the sales floor and register stations, with opportunities to learn and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handhelds, mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Able to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: Approach and acknowledge customers, provide assistance and handle multiple customers.
