Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in the PN program.
• Follow state standards in developing program outlines, goals and objectives.
• Evaluate students' progress toward goals and objectives.
• Request and maintain supplies and equipment.
• Develop teaching methods and documentation.
• Meet with students and staff to discuss instructional programs and other issues.
• Ensure safety and security requirements in training areas.
• Assist with recruitment, retention, and job placement efforts.
• Maintain program accreditation requirements as appropriate.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organization skills.
• Maintain effective written and oral communication.
• Demonstrate keen observation, supervision, and evaluation skills.
• Demonstrate general computer knowledge (Word, Excel).
• Participate in professional activities/organizations.
