Job summary

Rise Financial Group in Colorado Springs is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to build a strong book of business, engage business owners, and present supplemental insurance products in a dynamic, fast-paced market.

You will set your own schedule, pursue leadership opportunities, and earn commissions with weekly draw pay, bonuses, and incentives while receiving hands-on training from top performers.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain the license with company support.
• Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience; relevant outside sales experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners, decision-makers, and employees to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Build and maintain your own book of business, balance cold calling with follow-up appointments.
• Lead engaging product presentations, both one-on-one and in groups of 50–100+ people.
• Set your own schedule, track activities, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Receive and follow up on leads, attend sales meetings, and report daily metrics.
• Grow professionally with ongoing training in advanced sales and leadership.
