Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Ohio. You will evaluate patients, design and monitor therapy plans, and help restore function with evidence-based treatments.

Working across multiple outpatient locations, you will interact closely with patients and families, guiding and motivating them toward recovery while maintaining high standards of care and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certificate required.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and conduct prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ conditions.
• Establish, revise and evaluate plans of care involving patient/family.
• Perform therapy interventions.
• Supervise activities of PT Assistants, students and other caregivers.
