Job summary

HCRC consulting in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a full-time role. You will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized ADL-focused plans, and collaborate with physicians to optimize outcomes.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, Virginia OT license (or eligibility), outpatient/orthopedic experience, and strong

Active Virginia OT license (or eligible).
Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily function and independence (ADLs).
Provide evidence-based therapy and patient education.
Train patients on adaptive techniques and assistive devices.
Collaborate with physicians and rehab team for coordinated care.
Track progress and adjust plans to maximize outcomes.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
