Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive routine eye exams.
• Diagnose and co-manage glaucoma and diabetic eye disease.

• Prescribe corrective lenses and manage ocular disease treatment plans.
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists and clinic staff on referrals.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
