Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing is required.
• Pennsylvania RN licensure required.
• Experience with teaching nursing skills lab and simulations is preferred.
• Experience with online teaching and instructional technology.
• Ability to teach day and evening courses at the main campus and regional centers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual or other language proficiency encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Teach classroom lectures, skills labs, seminars and clinical experiences.
• Maintain scheduled classes and office hours; provide student support via email and conferences.
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance the curriculum; participate in college-wide committees.
• Engage in assessment of student learning outcomes and use innovative teaching strategies.
• Participate in team-teaching across lecture, lab, seminar, and clinical.
• Stay current with curriculum, textbooks, and accreditation activities.

Formation

Master’s degree in nursing

RN licensure in Pennsylvania

Post master’s certificate in nursing education

Doctoral degree in nursing practice or nursing education (preferred)
